			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m really late in putting this page up! I&#8217;m sorry, but it&#8217;s been a little hectic with the holidays and mob preparation! Below you will find a shopping list of my favorite things, I tend to buy the same things. Some may think it&#8217;s monotony, but I like what I like and I&#8217;m not too big on trying processed foods unless I&#8217;ve been given a heads up by someone else! Even then, though, use my list as helpful suggestions! I never mind sharing healthy ideas!</p>
<p>**Note: these aren&#8217;t what I put in my shopping cart all of the time, but I like a variety and I tend to go for price and taste! However, the items labeled with a (*) are what I tend to always have on hand!</p>
<p>Vegetables/Fruits:</p>
<p>Bananas*</p>
<p>Apples*</p>
<p>Pears</p>
<p>Mangoes</p>
<p>Blueberries</p>
<p>Strawberries *in season</p>
<p>Dried fruits: cherries, strawberries, blueberries, apricots, banana chips (watch out for these&#8230;moderation definitely!), dates rolled in oat flour  (<a href="http://www.nutsonline.com/" target="_blank">NutsOnline</a>), and cranberries</p>
<p>Spinach</p>
<p>Celery</p>
<p>Carrots*</p>
<p>Tomatoes (cherry, or beefsteak, cocktail)</p>
<p>Onions*</p>
<p>Cucumbers</p>
<p>Broccoli*</p>
<p>Radishes</p>
<p>Asparagus</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Grains</span></p>
<p>Old Fashioned rolled oats (I use generic!)</p>
<p>Joseph&#8217;s Flax, Oatbran, Whole wheat flour pitas (Amazing and only 60 calories! SUPER YUM!) get &#8216;em at Wal-Mart,  I couldn&#8217;t find the link to their page, but you can google them!</p>

<p>Shredded Wheat (plain)</p>
<p>Quinoa</p>
<p>Oat Bran Cereal</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Beans &amp; Nuts</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">(</span>I tend to buy unsalted nuts)</p>
<p>Almonds*</p>
<p>Cashews</p>
<p>Pecans</p>
<p>Walnuts</p>
<p>Frozen Edamames (shelled)*</p>
<p>Frozen mixed veggies of any kind</p>
<p>Canned Items:</p>
<p>Garbanzo beans</p>
<p>Light red Kidney beans</p>
<p>Northern Beans</p>
<p>Black Beans*</p>
<p>Stewed Tomatoes</p>

<p>Pasta Sauce (any kind without high fructose corn syrup)</p>
<p>Random things-</p>

<p>Spicy Brown Mustard (typically Gulden&#8217;s)</p>
<p>Smart Balance Butter</p>
<p>Soymilk (Generic is okay here too&#8230;look for the sales!)</p>
<p>Sweet &#8216;N Low</p>
<p>Tea (green, black chai, english breakfast, any YOGI brand)</p>
<p>Jelly/Jam (grape jam, strawberry jelly, homemade cranberry sauce/jam, raspberry jam, blackberry jam)</p>
<p>Peanut Butter/Almond Butter (I always have this on hand, ALWAYS!):</p>
<p>Skippy Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter (if I don&#8217;t want to spend a lot on any particular day)</p>
