Sweat Sessions

I love to work out, I love how it makes me feel and my body loves me for it. I dedicate a lot of time to making my workout schedule work with the rest of my life. I’ve come to the realization that for my life to be complete my workout schedule has to be included. Over the years I’ve allowed myself to live less of my life in the gym and enjoying time that I’ve lost with family and friends due to my addiction to working out and burning off those much needed calories, but I’ve improved my thought thinking process and I’m glad I have.

Let me stress this one important detail- below are my workouts that work for me. I provide them for myself and for those who are interested in what a consistent schedule looks like. Of course my running increases during my training for races as I run and eat more, but it works for me. If you have questions please feel free to ask!

November 18: 52 minute Elliptical/ 20 minute walk

November 19: I didn’t enter anything for this day

November 20: 40 minute run

November 21: 40 minute run/ 30 minute walk- 13+ incline, 4.0 mph

November 22: I didn’t enter anything for this day…jeesh!

November 23: 45 minute run (5 mi.) 20 min. bike, 20 min walk 4.0/ 15 incline

November 24: 1 hour run/ 6.75 mi. (est)

November 25: 7 mi. run/ 15 min. walk

November 26: 1:04 run/ 7 mi.

November 27: 7 mi. run/ 20 minute walk/20 min. bike

November 28: 7 mi. run

November 29: Rest day

November 30: 7 + miles/ 20 minute walk 12+ incline

December 1: 6.75 miles

December 2: 6 mi. run 52 minutes (I put awesome, I guess that means it was a good day!)

December 3: I didn’t enter anything for this day, jeesh!

December 4: 7.5 mi/ 20 min Elliptical

December 5: 8.25 mi. (1:09)

December 6: 7 mi + run, 1:02

December 7: Rest Day

December 8: 6.3 mi./ 15 min walk

December 9: 7 miles run/ 10 min walk/ 15 min bike

December 10: I didn’t put anything for this day! :(

December 11: 20 min run (had some problems), 40 min. Elliptical/ 20 minute inclined walk

December 12: 6 mile run

December 13: Rest day

December 14: 45 minute run/ 15 min;  15 incline, 4.0 walk

December 15: 6 mi/ 20 minute walk

December 16: 6 mile run, 15 min walk

December 17: 5 mile run/ 20 minute elliptical

December 18: Sick day

December 19: Sick Day

December 20: Sick Day

December 21: 5 mi. run; 15 min inclined walk @ 4.0 ; 15 min. bike ride

December 22: 6 mi. run

December 23: 7 mi; 20 min. walk; 12 % incline 3.6-3.8

December 24: 6 mi.; 10 min walk; 15% incline; 4.0

December 25: Merry Christmas; unfortunately this was the first year I DIDN’T go out for a run! :(

December 26: 7.15 mi. run; 20 min walk; 25 min, 15% incline 3.8-4.2 mph

December 27: 9.2 mi run; 10 minute walk, 15% incline 3.6

December 28: 6 miles; 15 minute walk, 3.8-4.0 mph, 12% incline

December 29: 7.2 miles

December 30: 45 min. Elliptical, 12-15% incline, Resistance: 10; 30 minute bike, Default hill workout

December 31: 7.1 mi run/ 20 min walk; 15.0 incline, 3.8-4.2

January 1, 2010: First run of the year…whoppin’ 7 miles!/ 30 min walk 15.0 incline, 3.6-4.2

January 2: Rest day, went to Chicago and was exhausted when I came back!

January 3: 8.1 miles; 15 min walk, 4.0 15.0 incline

January 4: 7.5 miles; 20 min bike- hill workout

January 5: 7.2 miles; 20 min walk; 3.6 mph, 15.0% incline

January 6: 7.2 miles; 15 min., 4.0 mph, 10-15% incline; light strength

January 7: Cardio-Body Sculpting Videos on Exercise TV approximately 52 minutes + cooldown (this is what happens when you’re desperate and can’t get out of your subdivision!)

January 8: 7.5 miles; 20 minute walk, 4.0 mph, 15.0 incline

January 9: I maxed out my family time with the sisters and my momma! Last day home :(

January 10: Reported, ran 7.25 miles @ 7.0-7.4 (YES!) and spurts of inclination from .5-1.5
